3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the rk888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rk888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings or bonus balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account. 3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

rk888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Acceptable documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rk888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. rk888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform-side fee charged by rk888 on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits are generally credited to your rk888 account within seconds for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the issuing institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. rk888 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. rk888 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the player's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times will be displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

rk888 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the rk888 platform are monitored for suspicious activity. rk888 reserves the right to freeze funds, suspend accounts, and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law. Players must not use the rk888 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.

6.2 Errors and Technical Issues

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any other disruption that affects the integrity of a bet or game round, rk888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. rk888 will not be liable for bets placed on incorrect odds or game outcomes resulting from technical errors. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous odds display are considered void and will not be paid out.

6.3 Maximum Payout Limits

rk888 applies maximum payout limits on all betting markets and game types. Maximum payout amounts will be displayed within the relevant betting interface or game lobby. rk888 reserves the right to limit winnings to the applicable maximum payout regardless of the size of the original stake or the theoretical payout calculation.

6.4 Suspicious Betting Activity

rk888 reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably suspects has been placed as part of a coordinated effort to exploit the platform, manipulate markets, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage. This includes, but is not limited to, match fixing, arbitrage betting using automated software, or betting patterns that indicate abuse of the rk888 pricing system.

rk888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly within their account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing. During a cool-off period, the account cannot be accessed or used for any purpose.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rk888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any rk888 content without prior written consent from rk888.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rk888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the rk888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Any loss or corruption of data.

The rk888 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Upon termination for cause, rk888 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance, cancel pending bets, and withhold funds pending investigation of any suspected breach. Legitimate real-money funds not subject to any hold will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.
